BEERFEST WARM UP

As I will be taking some of my Norwegian friends to a real German beerfest soon, the Erlanger Bergkirchweih, I figured it was about time to warm up for this special event.Unfortunately, Oslo seems to be scarce in terms of Lederhosen, so except the hostess everyone skipped the traditional clothing part... Nevertheless, traditional Oompa-oompa-music was played all night long, there were some attempts of Schuhblattlerdancing, beer was flowing en masse and my team even won the "Maßkrugstemmen"-competition. The highlight of the night was Wolfi and Marc calling in from Germany via skype and singing traditional Kerwa-songs for us. Thank you sooo much guys for this favour! You're the best!!!
I have to say, I got quite homesick during this party and started missing all those good old times at the Weiherer Kerwa :-(
